CAMILLE PRESTON

Spoke at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women’s conferences (The Summit, 2014 was on her book Rewired and The Next Gen, Dec 2015, was on her new work, Create More Flow.)

Some comments from Camille on her new work below:

MPW Session was called:

Shine: Building your Personal brand is essential to building your business.  Leaders and communication experts talk about what to do – and not do – to present and enhance your best self.

CreateMoreFlow builds upon my book, Rewired, focuses on how to create more peak performance at work, at home and in life.   Flow is a psychological mindset / neurological state that is associated with being 500% more productive and 700% more creative.  McKinsey Research shows that if executives spend 15-20% more time in flow, they will double their productivity.   My work has been focused on helping leaders redesign how they work to spend more time in Flow.

CreateMoreFlow.com – is a particular women’s issue since the majority of us “run our homes.”  I wrote a blog “Why the Mommy Tax might be Legit and what to do about it….”  Editors at both Fast Company and Fortune “want it” – and I’m currently in the process of figuring how to split it into 2 logs (one for each).
